Zoulu Stele Pavilion, also named Memorial Pavilion, is located at the west bank of Mochou Lake and at the west of Ferry Awaiting Pavilion. Zoulu (1885-1954), Cantonese, was a member of Chinese Revolutionary League. When Cantonese army took expeditions northward, he was the chief inspector of army service station and the minister of management department. Afterwards, he served as the president of Guangdong University, the member of Central Standing Committee of KMT, State Councilor, and so on. In the 37th Year of the Republic of China, Zoulu was invited to write Reconstructing the Tomb of Cantonese Sacrificed Soldiers, and inscribed it on the stele beside the tomb. During the period of Cultural Revolution, this stele was lucky to be protected by the staffs of the park by burying it under the ground. In 1981, "Zoulu Stele" was set up again in 1981. In 2005, an octagonal double-eve stele pavilion was newly constructed, and called "Zoulu Stele Pavilion".
